Handled procurement activities of more than INR 80 crores a year through complex and high value tenders of Turnkey, EPC, Composite, and Divisible structures for projects and services in the electrical power utility in line with the relevant regulations and open tendering guidelines by the CVC.Effectively managed vendors and suppliers, understood their needs, and aligned those well in line with the organization’s objectives on each contract basis. The approach almost always helped establish a win-win situation for both the ends and fostered long-term relationships and supply chains.Concurrently, established novel avenues and diverse vendor relationships for securing economical products and services, promoting healthy competition among vendors and implemented periodical assessments to gauge their performance.Opportunely utilized several effective purchasing strategies, including first-principle costing, price variation framework, and total cost of ownership for creating a line of visibility all the way from sourcing to pay.
