Feb 2017 to Till DateRole: Tech Lead Project Description: This project is aimed at automating the invoice processing for enterprise supply chain oracle application. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a non-intrusive application which allows frond-end automation of operational tasks which are performed manually. The RPA tool selected is called “Work Fusion Robot” (the Robot) and will be deployed initially for CITI eInvoice data entry processing. Currently, eInvoice data entry is performed by the AP operations team which manually enters the eInvoice with the actual image of invoices and associated artifacts and then uploads at the time of data entry. This process is the time consuming and labor intensive. The current standard process includes several steps, some mechanical in nature, some requiring logic, and others requiring interpretation. Responsibilities: Involved in all phases of the SDLC from requirement gathering to Implementation. Experience in capturing business requirements and converting it into technical/functional documents. Leading and co-ordinating the team of 5 to 6 members. Assigning work to team and reviewing work. Involved in development of Business Process and Defect fixing. Design and develop complex modules and review work of other modules. Analysing the JIRA’S and apply Code Changes. Implemented extensive logging throughout the application using the standard Apache Jakarta Log4J. Responsible for recreating the scenarios of client issues to investigate and perform root cause analysis and impact analysis. Writing Unit test cases. Handled all the migration and change request for UAT and Production.
