I’ve joined as Project Trainer in April 2004 in Firstsource. My role was to facilitate in-house and external training for newspaper conversion and subscription forms project and client relationship management. Have handled various sizes of teams and have handled training sessions and also in charge of production and training for nearly 450 operators in a span of 6 months. As I very much involved in the operations department, I got promoted as Team Executive in November 2006 and Junior Coordinator in July 2007 and handled leading publishing project with a team of 15 members.Considering my performance, company selected me as one of the key member to travel to US in 2008 to ramp up a new project. I’ve been trained by customers in US for about 2 months in a Legal project. The project was ramped up and I’m currently heading the project and got promoted again in 2009 as process leader.

Joined as an Operator and was responsible for an Image Conversion process. Later was promoted as Specification Analyst in April 2002 wherein I was responsible for managing the processes that involve the following:1. Analysis of customer specifications for the concerned project2. Pre-analysis of samples3. Trouble shooting project related queries
