# Senior Strategist in Manufacturing Excellence / Target Control Task Force Team (TC TFT), directly works and reports to Chief Manufacturing Officer [Responsible for Production, Quality & Procurement Functions]. # Key driver and responsibly coordinating with 53 departments (P 34 | Q 6 | Proc 13) across 12 Shop floors for Performance and Results achievements.# Co-ordinating with functional teams and all the verticals of manufacturing for Analyzing tracking of Business Plan Targets# Developing and implementing function-wise (Production, Quality and Procurement) strategies, policies, and metrics to meet internal and HKMC global targets.# Driving Employee Innovative Voluntary movement “MY PLACE MY PRIDE” following the performance of six major pillars and ensure that all goals and targets are achieved as per commitment# Ensuring the periodic follow-ups on functional performance management of key performance indicators PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale)

• Responsible for driving continuous enhancements of team output and customer support (Production) by partnering with operations teams (Procurement & Vendors).• Champion of safety, quality, Logistics and overall excellence in all actions of domain function.• Supply strategic reporting to Operations management including quarterly summaries, monthly trends, week over week analysis and daily reports• Enhanced and maintained cycle count schedule of perpetual inventory for all categories of Local parts.• Quarterly, Monthly, and weekly summaries of inventory adjustments including write offs, variance bucket and value trends• Lead all inventory audits at site along with internal and external auditors• Key in-charge for material concerns, lead daily shortage meetings to ensure supply continuity, report on KPIs (inventory days on hand, line interruptions, expedite costs, etc.) and enforce best practices• Foster and develop a strong team of material planners and potentially associate through selective recruitment, training and coaching. Tasks include proactively planning resources, communicating job expectations, providing performance feedback and managing the team in line with policies/standards• Identify and communicate potential supply risks and collaborate with Procurement and Vendor Partners to resolve anticipated delivery issues• Additional responsibilities include Pass Ratio Enhancement, Defect analysis, Cost Optimization and Material Logistics digitalization.
