Manages, organizes, plans and controls the activities of the technical department in all financial, organizational and personnel matters

• Manage the pillars of the Systal Security & Resilience SecOps: planning, resourcing, recruiting, people management, delivery management and client engagement.• Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results, managing and supporting on growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base, through the delivery of SOC and Cybersecurity related services.

Responsibility for Service Delivery and Service Assurance Network teams supporting EMEA IBM Commercial customers.Leadership and people management of several Networks teams. Responsible for customer service improvements, quality assurance, meeting main KPI’s and SLA targets, project management to increase productivity and efficiency via automated solutions, OPS cost reduction, H/C optimization, project management and planning

• Responsibility for teams managing France,BeNeLux, Spain, Portugal and Deutsche Bank - over 180 customers• Customer service, Incident and Change management• Leadership and management of network teams• New process implementation, quality assurance, meeting SLA targets, service improvements, productivity and OPS cost reductions• Project management including customer transfers

• Responsibility for Production Business Unit of Microwave Antennas• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping• New products introduction to the production • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

• Overall responsibility for Plant production and planning• Projects management for new customers implementation to the production (Volvo, MAN, Scania) • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes• Daily communication with customers, sales, purchase department and vendors• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues• Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation• Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace• Produktivity and efficiency increase, quality and inventory management, ISO 9001 and 14001 • Board of directors’ member
