I am a lawyer with international experience, having worked at: major multinational (Texas Instruments, as European Counsel) and Italian (Telecom Italia; Alitalia-Italian Airlines) companies and also U.S. (Baker & Mc Kenzie), English (Eversheds) and Italian (Chiomenti) law firms. I also acted as Board member of a European airline (Malev-Hungarian Airlines) and Dutch holding company (STET International Netherlands), and as Contract Manager at Bombardier Transportation for the High Speed ETR 1000 Train Project. With particular regard to the aviation and air space sectors, I attended as Observer for IATA the Joint Session of the UNIDROIT Committee of Governmental Experts for the preparation of a draft Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Aircraft Equipment) in 1999, and as a Space Working Group's member and Adviser the first Session of the UNIDROIT Committee of Governmental Experts for the preparation of a draft Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Space Assets in 2003.On top of the foregoing, I taught (at LUISS University-Rome, and at Siena University-Law School - Italy) "International Law of Economics" for longer than 10 years. I am also active in international litigation and arbitration (I am a member - list of foreign arbitrators - of the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Economy of Slovenia, and I have been also a member of the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Bucharest, Romania).Finally, I am the author of a handbook on legal aspects of international securitization transactions, as well as of various published articles on international financial transactionsActivity: International Investments, Trade and Contracts, Government Procurement, Aircraft and Trains Financing and Cross-Border Leasing, Telecommunication, Maritime, Aviation and Transportation Laws.
