With over 25 years of experience in medicine and IT, I am the Head of IT at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) of Ukraine, one of the country's premier cancer research and treatment centers. I lead the strategic planning, governance, and management of IT resources and data, ensuring the efficient and secure use of technology to support NCI's mission and goals. I have a PhD in telemedicine and a MD from the National Medical University of Kyiv, and I am proficient in Healthcare IT, data management, and public health.I am also an expert of the AI Expert Committee under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, where I contribute to the development and regulation of national AI policies and strategies, especially in the healthcare sector. I am passionate about leveraging AI and telemedicine to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in Ukraine and beyond.
