Vitali is an owner and president of Spreetail, Inc, based in Lincoln Nebraska, as well as president of Thrive Aviation - Las Vegas, Nevada based private charter company.Vitali takes pride and finds joy in serving in a mentoring capacity at both of his firms; he is passionate about helping people succeed in life and work. This coaching role is balanced with leading various aspects of his businesses. Key to his business success is his talent in developing leadership groups within his businesses, keen expertise in evaluating and improving processes, as well as systems design allowing his companies to operate as efficiently as possible.Vitali was born in Eastern Europe. As he became a teenager, he knew that there were greater opportunities that existed beyond his birthplace. He enrolled in education abroad programs that led him to study in France and the UK. This allowed him to gain a better understanding of the world and paved the way for him to eventually attend a United States university. Vitali graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a degree in finance and an MBA. In January 2006, Vitali founded Spreetail, an online marketplace that helps companies in a myriad of industries maximize their product sales without sacrificing product or service standards. He worked in all aspects of his startup business, which has expanded worldwide and has over 1600 employees. In 2011 Vitali moved from Lincoln to Las Vegas. Shortly after Vitali started taking pilot lessons, fell in love with flying and the aviation industry and eventually became a jet rated pilot. In May 2018 Vitali acquired a small charter company in Las Vegas and Thrive Aviation was born. He is hands-on in mentoring his leadership team allowing it to grow. Within four years (amidst a pandemic), they have grown their aircraft fleet to 17 aircraft and 140 employees.The key to Vitali’s success is his ability to build and strengthen leadership groups within his businesses, expertise in enhancing processes, and systems design, allowing his companies to operate at peak efficiency. The throughlines of Vitali’s diverse experiences are passions for learning and exploring. Having built two diverse businesses from the ground up, he is always trying new things, experimenting, and developing new solutions and processes.
