For over 10 years, Vitalina has practiced psychology. Her main objective has always been to assist individuals navigating complex life challenges, regardless of their age, gender, sexual preferences, religious beliefs, or other convictions. She has collaborated with a diverse clientele, from both neurotypical and neurodiverse children to adults, including high-ranking government officials, pregnant women, and military staff, with groups, couples and individuals. Her professional interests encompass developmental psychology, attachment theory, and depth psychology, addressing existential subjects like life's meaning, loneliness, the fear of death, and trauma experiences. Vitalina perceives an individual as an evolving entity rather than a fixed one, which offers her a multifaceted view, recognizing their changeability, and connecting to their emotional, sensory experiences, and unique personality traits.Vitalina earned her Master's degree in Psychology and Philosophy in Ukraine. Additionally, she has pursued extensive training in trauma management, perinatal psychology, and cognitive-behavioral methods from various Ukrainian and international institutions. She's also comprehensively trained in the existential-analytical approach, holding the status of both a therapist and supervisor from GLE-International, Austria.In her leisure, Vitalina is involved in diverse volunteer endeavors, promotes the Ukrainian professional community, relishes reading both fiction and academic literature, delves into films, and endeavors to explore every accessible park. She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
