About Vitaliy Apenko

I have started my career on the 4th course of the University as a Door2Door agent in the evenings and gradually became the head of the division with more than 150 people staff. I’m curious in digitalization of sales and marketing automation. For example, I took leading part in creating and development of the front-end flow of the application for D2D agents based on SAP in AtlantTelecom and 1C in A1. This has resulted in less time spent by agents in the client's home for 20% and more transparent reporting. Also in the role as Project owner of 6 moths project, in cooperation with data analysts, we created a model for CVM campaigns that doubled Fixed Telemarketing efficiency.
