Ensure work complies with codes and permits.- Support of designer works of Water / Wastewater / Storm Water systems for Mining and Processing Plant (including piping systems, process units, tank farms, water supply pump stations, formation pressure maintenance pump stations, floating pump stations, firewater pump stations, etc.).- Coordination of joint works of foreign and Russian design teams. Oversee work of subcontractors.- Preparation of design documents in Russian and English. - Performing calculations in the field of fire safety.

Outline:Design, coordinate, and construction NOVATEK-Murmansk Plant (Kola shipyard).Key responsibilities:- Supervising and supporting of design of Water supply, Sewerage and Fire extinguishing systems for the shipyard, as well as solutions for fire safety and civil defense.- Undertaking construction supervision and contract administration (including tenders overseeing).- Coordinating multi-disciplined engineering teams. Oversee work of subcontractors.- Controlling of construction works and facility commissioning. Forecast future manpower requirements.- Participating in an antiCOVID-2019 Task force.Achievements:- Grounded the need for a unified water supply system for the shipyard.- Justified the possibility of reducing expensive fire extinguishing systems in production shops.

Outline:Designed and supervised the construction of ZapSibNeftekhim (the largest modern petrochemical facility in Russia) and gas refining plants for PJSC SIBUR.Key responsibilities:- Designed process units, tank farms, piping systems, water supply pump stations, firewater pump stations, etc. for ZapSibNeftekhim and SIBUR’s gas refining plants.- Designed Fire Protection systems (Firewater Systems, Foam Systems, and Sprinkler Systems etc.).- Supervised an engineering team (above 20 engineers).- Supervised the construction of ZapSibNeftekhim (piping systems, pump stations, etc.).- Collaboration with Linde AG and Technip S.A. engineers to implement their design solutions on the construction site and reconciliation of design solutions with the Russian construction codes.Achievements:- Performed a hydraulic calculation of Water supply and Sewerage systems ZapSibNeftekhim (more than 1000 km of various networks) and was able to prove the possibility of safe diameter reduction in many parts of the network, which saved a customer’s money and construction time.- Developed 3D schemes for calculating the cooling system of spherical and horizontal cylindrical LNG tanks, which allowed reducing water consumption and all associated costs by 30%.- Implemented and successfully applied in the design of ZapSibNeftekhim software for automatic design of Water supply and Sewerage systems, which saved months of development.

Outline:Designed and supervised the construction of upstream projects for PJSC Rosneft Oil Company (including Vankor oil field and Sakhalin oil fields), PJSC Gazprom Neft and oil transportation projects for JSC Transneft.Key responsibilities:- Designed of Water / Wastewater / Storm Water systems for oil and gas fields development (including piping systems, process units, tank farms, water supply pump stations, formation pressure maintenance pump stations, floating pump stations, firewater pump stations, etc.).- Designed of Fire Protection systems (Firewater Systems, Foam Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Water Mist Systems, Dry Powder Systems, Gas Fire Suppression Systems, Dry Chemical Systems etc.) for oil storages, warehouses, archives, garages, shopping centers, etc.- Supervised an engineering team (7 engineers). - Supervised and provide mentoring to junior level engineering staff.- Prepared project cost estimates and schedules.- Supervised the construction Water / Wastewater / Storm Water and Fire Protection systems.Achievements:- Developed design templates to reduce time of the development of project documentation.- Executed implementation of 3D design systems with AutoCAD, and Bentley AutoPlant3D in my Department, which reduced the design time of individual components and process buildings (pumping stations, treatment plants, tanks, etc.) in two or more times.- Researched and implemented design of gas fire suppression systems for crude oil tanks.- After a failure of a subcontractor to develop fire safety systems for a storage magazine for explosives and a real threat of transferring the project for a year I was able to promptly correct the design documentation of the subcontractor. The project started in accordance with the schedule and a customer did not miss the profit.
