Responsible for Junior Engineers supply in Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Build an organization that trained 10K people in 5 countries which gave a company 1500 internship students and >1000 Junior Engineers.

Research new methodologies, models, processes and tools for education. Design & startup new learning programs, tune existing ones. Successfully enabled hybrid education model before pandemic strike and remote work, allowed to continue business process after the lockdown impact.

Head of the education unit providing company with Junior Engineers supply. Created supply chain of about 120 engineers per year. Orchestrating education process: trainers staffing, training planning, technical interviews, education materials creation, training delivery, skills assessment, onboarding and administrative support. Conducted more than 500 technical interviews, trained, hired and staffed more than 300 Engineers.

Key Test Engineer at life insurance platform development project. Covered the application with automated tests, built a continuous integration model. Tools used: Java, Maven, Jenkins, WebDriver, Thucydides.

Represent Automated Testing practice in EPAM Competency Center, internal center of excellence. Consulting projects on automation, participating in pre-sales, tools evaluation, framework architecture and delivery strategies. Participated in a successful RFP as a part of core development team. Tools used: Selenium WebDriver, Java, C#, Atlassian Confluence.

Automated integration testing for world’s top commodity trader platform. Covering migration to new software from the quality assurance side. Tools used: C#, .NET 4.0, Jython, NUnit, Git, TeamCity, SoapUI, Maven, WinSDK.

Delivered lectures on Software Development at Information Technology Faculty. Developed course materials, conducted lectures, reviewed student's projects and provided the feedback, design and administer exams.
