With 20 years driving sales, marketing and product development strategies across Russia, Europe, China and the U.S. and a MBA from The Booth School of Business, I know how to strengthen customer engagement and increase sales as well as launch new companies and strategically scale and grow existing ones. For example, as the Chief Executive Manager of Extreme Fishing, I launched the company in 2003 and became the first Russian fishing tackle company to enter the international market and attend the European, China and U.S. fishing tackle trade shows. At Pure Fishing, I more than doubled the number of distributors despite a depressed and challenging economy. While I’ve been an executive leader for the past 20+ years, I still have the heart of salesman and truly enjoy meeting new people and traveling extensively. I’m fluent in both English and Russian and one of my passions has always been for fishing in the outdoors. I’ve had the rare opportunity in life to combine my passion for the outdoors with my passion for driving solutions to create bigger and better opportunities.
