Group of 8 Software Development CompaniesPeriod: February 2022 - PresentIdea: Applying the 1+1>2 principle (ecosystem approach). The companies remain independent, with founders retaining control, while actively sharing best practices, implementing cost-sharing, and engaging in cross-selling.Companies: Inoxoft, Linkup Studio, Indeema Software, Forbytes, Noltic, Vakoms, Rolique, Perfsol.#3 (Exit). ITernal → USTPeriod: October 2019 - January 2022Idea: Acquisition of three software companies (Lenal, Rozdoum, Rademade), followed by their merger (under ITernal brand) and improvement of business processes.Result: ITernal was sold to UST, a global company headquartered in Palo Alto, with 28,000 employees worldwide.#2 (Exit). ucode → UFuturePeriod: October 2019 - October 2021Idea: Development a platform for software education from scratch. The project partnered with major companies such as Ubisoft, Ring (part of Amazon), CISCO, and Ajax Systems, which created custom educational programs and hired graduates from ucode.Result: Over 1,000 graduates completed the program. Eventually, the project was acquired by the UFuture holding.#1 (Exit). Core Value → OakTree Capital ManagementPeriod: April 2016 - February 2019Idea: Acquisition of the distressed company Core Value and transformation into a specialized Salesforce provider focused on the healthcare market. Merged with another company to enhance capabilities.Result: The company was acquired by the private equity fund OakTree Capital Management. Core Value became the foundation of the Avenga platform, which now has 7,000 IT specialists worldwide.
