Developed, deployed, and monitored the predictive models for the device for online monitoring of bioprocesses, resulting in obtaining multiple test positions and selling the company's first machines. Performed exploratory data analysis and bioprocess data mining, improving and optimising the algorithms for specific customers' needs. Joined the company at the very early stage and created its software infrastructure from the ground, resulting in the first company's customers, investors, and European Union's Horizon 2020 grant. Developed the backend (REST API, Flask) of the analytical device and metabolites concentrations predictive models. Designed the device's frontend (Plotly, Dash) for bioprocess monitoring. Created an algorithm to keep metabolites level during bioprocesses constant based on the output of predictive models, the main benefit is robustness and easy parameter tuning (comparing to commonly used PID controller).

The topic of my master thesis was Deep Learning for Predictive Maintenance of Rolling Stock Spare Parts based on Sensor Time Series Data. The main objective was to explore historical sensor data of the locomotive's spare parts (a gearbox was chosen for this purpose) and develop an algorithm that allows predicting future failures of the component.The core step was the anomaly detection problem, i.e., identifying sensor data points that behave differently from normal operational mode.
