Funded by Tanoto Foundation, TELADAN is a scholarship and leadership program that provides Indonesia's responsible future leaders with the skills needed to have an impact on their surroundings. In January 2021, Devito was chosen as one of the 175 scholars.

As the Head of Media and Communication Department, I need to manage all of the projects for this department and the content schedule for TSA Undip. Some of the projects that developed for this department are TELADAN Scholars Expo, TSA Visit, UTAMA Magazine, Trivia, and Friday SDG. I need to plan an excellent timeline to implement all the projects. I also need to maintain communication with all of my staff, other departments, and external parties.

As the staff of Media and Communication Department, I helped to create some content for TSA Undip. I also took part in other department projects.

As a Junior Staff of Talent and Interest, I have to conduct activities to gather, encompass, facilitate, optimize, and appreciate the people with the talent and interest, such as arts, sports, and culture in the Faculty of Law Diponegoro University. I got many things to enrich my skill, such as teamwork, leadership, time management, etc. During my time at this organization, we produce many projects to support my faculty's arts, sports, and culture. Those projects are Kamis Batik, Senandung FH, Panggung Budaya Rakyat, Dekan Cup, and Law Faculty Award. I got involved in many of those projects and was trusted to be many of the division leaders on those projects.

Dekan Cup is a competition event for the student of Law Diponegoro University. Devito has been chosen as the Head of Publication, Design, and Documentation. Coordinated and evaluated all of the content. Set some strategies to spread the event.

In January 2021, Devito was announced to become the Project Officer of a webinar event called Senandung FH. It was an event held by BEM FH Undip's Talent and Interest department to facilitate and expand opportunities for the interests and talents of Diponegoro University law students in the field of music. Senandung FH is a webinar that presents a musician as a speaker who will tell his struggles to become a musician with the aim of inspiring and optimizing the talents of UNDIP Faculty of Law students.This event was attended by more than 100 participants and enlightened them about being a musician.

The International Leadership Academy is an online program designed to strengthen leadership skills. As a Delegate Service Volunteer, I was responsible for maintaining effective communication with delegates, ensuring their needs were met, and fostering strong connections throughout the event.
