I was part of the "E-Team Squadra Corse" of the University of Pisa, a project that aims to build a car with which attend in Formula Student competitions (FSAE). The reference area of which I was part of the Squadra Corse concerned the creation of a Business Plan, whose business idea had the Squadra Corse's car as a reference product. The Business Plan was created in order to participate in a specific test, called the "Business Plan Presentation", at the Formula Student competitions (FSAE) in which the Business Plan is evaluated by different managers and experts of the sector.In particular, the activities carried out in order to create the Business Plan were different:- research of the business idea;- market evaluation and segmentation;- creation of a marketing plan;- analysis of all internal dynamics related to the production of the product;- cost analysis (cost reporting, Make or Buy analysis);- realization of all the main accounting documents;- creation of a PowerPoint presentation to illustrate the fundamental points of the Business Plan;- preparation of a more detailed document in which the Business Plan is analyzed in detail.During my experience, the E- Team Squadra Corse took part in the Formula SAE Italy 2019, where we won first place for the Business Plan Presentation and for the Cost Event, and in Formula Student Germany 2019, where we won first place for the Business Plan Presentation.
