My professional experience as an Italian Officer (EI) gave me the opportunity to face many challenges and complex situations. My role, from a strictly organization point of view, involves managing the "operational" component and the professional life of a large number of people. I am responsible, in particular, for the use of weapons and staff training, in daily situations where deadlines are tight and greatly "risky". In addition to the organizational activities of human resources, I am in charge of the managing of resources and "sensitive" materials necessary to accomplish the tasks. In this context, over the years, I have been assigned the command and leadership of cavalry units in the resolution of international / diplomatic situations for the United Nations and NATO.
