First level of IT customer service in a project for a pharmaceutical company, proving support via three channels: phone, chat and offline tickets. Performed multitasks support for third part and internal employees in Spanish and Portuguese since onboarding process. The major cases was related to: helping to set the computer with the latest Citrix version, PingID authentications issues, VPN connection, Office licenses, and other cases as Security Incidents and Lost/Stolen devices. If needed, remote control was taken through LogMeIn to perform troubleshooting in notebook or iPad.

Performed routine accounts receivable activities such as extracts and daily sales, working in the head office. In addition, had to follow up the branch sales in order to receive the corresponding amount of each sale and validate it.

Participated in academic research related to university management and wrote an article as assistant. Additionally, extension courses were offered for federal institutes around Santa Catarina state about Institutional Development Plans, and in November 2016 I was a member of Organizing Committee of Brazil in the XVI International Colloquium on University Management held in Arequipa, Peru.
