About Vitor Brasil

Seasoned professional with extensive experience dating back to 1999 in the cultural, movie and TV industries. Holds executive training in cinema from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in Rio de Janeiro, (FGV-RJ) and extension course from the New York Film Academy, in Los Angeles. As a producer, Vitor developed marketing activities for cinema and TV. He was also involved in content development, in addition to producing projects for the Brazilian audiovisual market and cultural activities overall. He planned, coordinated and defined strategies, marketing campaigns and communication plans for audiovisual products for the Brazilian market. He interfaced with producers, distributors, sponsors and investors, as well as movie exhibitors, TV channels and streaming services. Vitor actively participated in more than 40 movie releases of Brazilian and international titles, being in charge of the release campaign for movies directed by several renowned Brazilian filmmakers. As an associate producer, he analyzed scripts and formats in the audiovisual segment, when he negotiated co-production and licensing contracts. While being responsible for corporate institutional relations and media contact, he also developed and coordinated audiovisual training seminars.
