Hello!My name is Vitor, but everybody calls me Hima. I'm a Brazilian Illustrator based in São Paulo, Brazil. In my work I like to depict mundane situations and random objects, giving them a more interesting look. I really enjoy playing with colors and textures, irregular and thick lines, and retro elements to create simple and visual attractive compositions. I would say that the feeling of Nostalgia is one of my favorites, and I love bringing it to my illustrations.I studied Social Communication in College with emphasis in Film, and worked as a film producer for about 5 years, doing mostly ads for TV. But a couple years back I decided to follow my dream of becoming an illustrator and since then that's what I'm doing.
