Team Leader experience for multilingual teams in 3 different business types: Back Office, Tourism and Technology. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to IT technology, I used Excel and similar tools extensively in my duties. I also have experience in preparing and presenting WBR to the internal management and the business clients.My roles were to interacting daily with people from different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures, as well as be aligned with the HR department and the management both locally and remotely. I have had the chance of improving my multitasking, personality and engagement approach, adapting to personal, team, business and global needs. The main challenges I have faced so far are to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks at the same time, as there is no rule to determine what is more or less important at a given moment.I have have also lived in 5 different countries (Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Greece and Poland), which makes me pretty much open to different mindsets, cultures and backgrounds. I am always open for relocations nation-wise and Europe-wise, and I have no problem in office work nor home-office, although I strongly believe the hybrid system is the most effective of all.
