About Vitor Monteiro

Vítor Monteiro was born in Guimarães, Portugal, in 1984. He received the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degrees in industrial electronics and computer engineering from the School of Engineering, University of Minho, Guimarães, Portugal, in 2010 and 2016, respectively. Since 2008, he has been a member of the Group of Energy and Power Electronics (GEPE) of the Centro Algoritmi at the University of Minho. His research interests include new topologies of power electronics converters, digital control techniques, smart grids, and electric vehicles. Vítor Monteiro is a member of the IEEE Industrial Electronics and IEEE Vehicular Technology Societies.
