Around 2 years as a Business Analyst on an internal customer profile analysis platform for different products in the banking sector.After three years developing my negotiation skills, partnership building and knowledge of the IT market at agap2IT, I am now a manager at HCCM. Here I am the first point of contact for the professional services area in Portugal, where I establish partnerships that enable our clients to overcome challenges in a non-core area of their business.
