O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar a produção de melomel de manga rosa com mel produzido por Apis mellifera no bioma Caatinga. Os resultados deste trabalho abrem possibilidades para novas pesquisas nessa área, como realizar analises visando otimizar a melhor faixa de pH e temperatura de fermentação, elucidar os compostos produzidos durante o processo fermentativo, realizar uma análise sensorial para entender a sua aceitação no mercado, tais resultados demonstra uma bebida com alto potencial de mercado e com parâmetros de eficiência que tornam seu processo de produção viável.

This research aimed to identify and select bacteria isolated from the caatinga biome capable of promoting growth in addition to conferring tolerance to the negative effects of water deficit in soybean plants when in this type of condition, aiming at the development of a bioinoculant based on these bacteria. . The results of the experiments in a greenhouse indicate that inoculation with these isolates, in addition to promoting plant growth, can also help in times of water stress, maintaining plant growth during adverse events and, thus, being able to guarantee greater productivity. The results of the present study can help in the development of biological formulations adapted to the conditions of the semi-arid region and other soybean-producing regions in Brazil and the world.

The biggest limiting factor for agriculture is the lack of water, especially in regions with arid and semi-arid climates. Thus, this work aimed to identify and select bacteria isolated from plants and soils of the caatinga biome capable of conferring tolerance to water deficit in bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris L), to develop a biotechnological product based on these bacteria. The main result obtained was the identification of bacterial isolates from the caatinga biome that, when inoculated in bean plants, proved to be efficient in mitigating the effects related to water deficit, increasing physiological parameters such as the length of the aerial part and the root system. These isolates have great potential to generate a bioinoculant capable of assisting in bean development.

This research aimed to carry out a prospection of bacteria from caatinga's biome soil and vegetation that possess the capability to synthesize bacterial cellulose. The main result achieved was the isolation of 74 different bacterial strains capable of polymerizing bacterial cellulose in fermentative conditions, in which 12 strains showed a high yield production capability.
