I worked on projects on Globo's CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) platform, my focus began to shift from code development to technical project leadership. I work with system architectures definition, from project conception to the deliver of the final product.I was involved on a project to restructure the Authorization system used in all Globo's Web products, a project that has a broad impact on several departments and the company's business.I also worked on a team responsible for maintaining SDKs for apps and TVs and on projects for the Business To Business (B2B) systems.In addition, I am in a position that is cross-functional manner between the technical and management spheres, creating a bridge between the two. Working directly on three teams, I also get involved in other key projects, always maintaining a broad view of more than ten teams in my department.

I worked on projects on Globo's CIAM platform, participating in structuring projects for the evolution of the platform, including a new Family Account model used by the company, working on both the backend (coding in Golang) and the frontend (coding in ReactJS). I also designed more than one architectural solution for migrating legacy to new systems, always with the concern for a transparent migration for the end user.
