I work as a specialist in the company's core Banking product, playing a crucial role in delivering value to financing clients through an intuitive portal. This portal enables clients to efficiently monitor their contracts, balances, payments, and all information related to their debt.Part of my role involves identifying opportunities and validating relevant hypotheses. I employ growth hacking approaches and conduct tests using no-code/low-code tools.I am responsible for the development of the internal product (platform) that performs credit analysis, manages CCBs, calculates interest rates accrual, handles negotiations, etc.Currently, I am playing a pivotal role in the construction of a new product focused on Payment Service. Our goal is to reduce fixed costs for small and medium e-commerce businesses while improving their approval rates through automatic routing with acquirers.

I worked with a platform product (backoffice), a product for users who do physical activity and the process of sending medical prescriptions within the application. I conducted discovery processes and investigations in areas that were in development or had not fully defined problems, always validating and discarding hypotheses. I prioritized the development of solutions based on data analyzed in collaboration with the BI team. I closely monitored the performance of the products, constantly seeking to enhance value delivery and provide relevant content within the product.

I was responsible for contributing to the Unidas Livre product - Car by Subscription, actively managing the product backlog, and generating innovations for the sales team. Serving as the technical focal point in the squad, collaborating on defining what should be done and how it should be done with the development team. Additionally, I participated in Livre Labs, an innovation committee focused on creating advancements in the field of mobility, particularly in vehicle subscription.
