Oracle Global Startup Ecosystem (now Oracle for Startups) focused on reimagining enterprise innovation through partnerships with startups that foster co-development and co-innovation, where we all win.B2B startups had access to Oracle´s IaaS and PaaS technology, enterprise expertise through a mentor network and connections with customers and partners worldwide. Some of the startups in the network: Intelipost, Netshow.me, Nexus Edge, Agendor, Justto, Qulture Rocks, Smartrips, Social Miner, Tail, Jobecam, Synco, Rocket.chat. Responsible for the recruiting and selection of startups, execution of the acceleration program and connection of startups with the Oracle ecosystem that includes Marketing, Alliances, Sales and Product internal teams, Oracle`s customers and partners. Start-Up Brasil, National Startup Acceleration Program, is an initiative of the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) managed by Softex, in partnership with accelerators, which aim to support new companies in technology-based areas. It provides funding, space, business services and mentorship through intense acceleration programs in partnership with top accelerators.From 2013 to 2016, the program received 2.855 applications from Brazil and abroad and invested more than R$ 34 million (public grants) in 183 startups from 17 Brazilian states and 13 countries.As COO, I was responsible for the overall planning and management of the Program, for the institutional representation and strategic relationships with more than 50 partners and 18 accelerators.Highlights:- 1 networking, mentorship and content event (Welcome Aboard) (40 startups)- 3 national demo days (28 startups)- 2 international demo days + business mission to USA (10 startups)- 1 business mission to London (5 startups)- Start-Up Brasil was awarded in 2015 as the 2nd most innovative public policy by the Brazilian Federal Government out of 102 initiatives.

Porto Digital is a national (3 times the best Brazilian Science Park) and international recognized Science Park located in Recife, Brazil.- Structuring and Management of C.A.I.S. do Porto business incubator, Porto Digital's arm to support ICT startups. C.A.I.S. do Porto offers management trainning and consulting, office space and other benefits. From July/2010 to May/2013, it had supported 30 startups, 10 of them were graduated in 2012 (4 of them approved in Accelerators). CAIS do Porto was recognized in 2013 by ANPROTEC – Brazilian Association of Science Parks and Business Incubators as the best incubator for local and sectoral development in Brazil,- Structuring and Management of PORTOMIDIA business incubator which has the purpose to support innovative Creative Economy products/services in the following areas: (i) design, (ii) games, (iii) multimedia, (iv) film, video and animation, (v) music and (vi) photography that make intensive use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Design. PORTOMÍDIA business incubator offers management trainning and consulting, office space and other benefits. In Its first year, Portomidia incubated 9 startups.

1. Coordination of a Fund Raising Training Program for 40 technology-based start-ups. The firms submitted their business plans to venture capitalists and public grants and loans (e.g.: FINEP e BNDES). Results: 10 start-ups selected at Venture/Seed Capital Events and 16 projects approved at public grants and loans (R$ 6,5 million).2. Organization of the 5th Seed Forum FINEP in Recife/PE, an event that put together start-ups and investors (angels and seed money funds). 13 startups presented their project for seed money and venture capital funds;

Auditing of Financial Statements of more than 10 firms of different sizes and sectors, including sugar & alcohol, container terminal services, mining and mobile phones. The firms were based on different states of North and Northeast regions of Brazil.
