I am a social services professional with 10 years of experience in supporting vulnerable and marginalized populations, such as asylum seekers, refugees, migrants and people with learning disabilities. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Immigration, Integration and Law from University of Valencia. Most recently, I worked as a Tenancy Support Worker at Accommodation Concern, where I helped clients living in supported accommodation to apply for housing, budgeting and sustaining a tenancy. I used my interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to assist them in overcoming various challenges and achieving their goals.
