My academic experiences and skills have grown from my teenager hobbies: playing video games, customizing my computer, programming and playing chess. With chess, I achieved many personal goals, winning Jogos Escolares da Juventude and Brazilian Scholar Chess Championship twice each one, besides obtaining the Candidate Master title on FIDE, 2200 FIDE's rating mark and CBX National Master title. This summed to programming interest led me to enter Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica (CEFET), a technical school in my city, where I took the electronics course. There, I learned about circuits, electronic components, digital logic, and telecommunications. But I mainly focused on building robots with Arduino and competing on robotics tournaments, which grown my skills in team management, electronics and mechanics. Moreover, I started a scientific research with the objective of substituting the RFID technology on CEFET's restaurant by a biometric system. With the experience acquired at CEFET, I decided to take the exam for entering the Computer Science course at Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Over the first year, I learned the basics of programming very well (things like pointers I did not even imagine that existed) and could reinforce some teachings. During this period, also had the opportunity of entering Data, a data science study group formed by students of the university, experiencing new Linux distros and coding my own projects.
Listed skills include Matlab, Python, Manim, Git, and 4 others.
