I work in alignment with the subsystems present in both prototypes (Combustion and Electric) to characterize and design the vehicle dynamics, aiming for optimizations, full understanding of the system, and new product development, among other objectives.

During my management, I was responsible for the development of the Brake and Cockpit subsystems for both the combustion and electric cars of the UFPR Formula project, guiding and supporting 9 team members to foster collective growth, achieve our tactical and practical goals, and secure an outstanding placement in the competition.Currently, we have updated the entire system with practical validations, conducted thermodynamic studies to optimize our system, developed a scope for selecting the best material for a brake disc, while balancing ideal performance, introduced efficient telemetry for the system, reduced the subsystem weight by 16% in both cars, and increased our ability to have multiple setups tailored to various pilot performance levels. Additionally, we optimized ergonomics, improved system maintainability, ensured the system was ready for all dynamic and static tests, implemented poka-yokes for driver safety, and completed the documentation appropriately. Individual training for team members was also emphasized to facilitate future development of the project, alongside ongoing work on various other topics related to technology and innovation within the management.

As part of the UFPR Formula team in the brake management department, immersed in an incredible environment where we continually enhance both hard and soft skills, I lead the development and improvement of the braking system in collaboration with the team. My focus is not only on the system itself but also on peripheral components, ensuring the quality, durability, and accuracy of the components.

Immersed in an environment where evolution is a key milestone, surrounded by incredible professionals from all over the world, I have the opportunity to gather daily learnings both about engineering solutions and broader aspects related to the industrial environment. In maintenance engineering, I adopt the motto of always staying one step ahead of what may happen, which encapsulates the essence of this field, based on strategy and assertive decision-making.Throughout this experience, I have learned to effectively handle and interpret information, as well as to manage the balance between fundamental pillars: engineering, costs, time, and communication, always focusing on ensuring the reliability of information. I also understand that the synergy between human, intellectual, and financial resources is essential for the success of projects. In my day-to-day work, I focus on projects aimed at solving factory needs, exploring diverse material solutions such as 3D printing with polymers and metals, and utilizing tools like CAD/CAM and CAE. Documenting processes is also a central aspect of my work, as well as practical maintenance with a critical approach to failure interpretation.Additionally, I have delved into the operation of automation systems, both in SAS format and in structures like robots, and the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Implementing improvements and structures on board without interrupting the production flow has been a constant challenge. I have also learned to manage my team and demands effectively, aiming to contribute to the ongoing evolution of the process. Throughout this journey, I strive to retain as many experiences and lessons as possible so that, in the future, I can act as an excellent engineer in the market while providing the best solutions and responses for society.

As a teacher of mathematics, physics, and chemistry, I served as a tutor for both afternoon and evening sessions, providing daily and individualized support to students for monitoring their learning process. I also offered mentorship to guide their academic paths and created study plans tailored to the individual needs of each student.In addition, I provided private lessons in mathematics, physics, and chemistry, and was responsible for assisting students aiming to enter military institutions, particularly ITA and IME. I also managed the exact sciences department, both teaching and producing educational materials. My role extended to introducing study techniques, strategies to overcome challenges such as the "plateau effect," and methods for improving areas the student excels in, as well as techniques for managing factors like anxiety, fear, and other emotional barriers.
