    During my management, I was responsible for the development of the Brake and Cockpit subsystems for both the combustion and electric cars of the UFPR Formula project, guiding and supporting 9 team members to foster collective growth, achieve our tactical and practical goals, and secure an outstanding placement in the competition.Currently, we have updated the entire system with practical validations, conducted thermodynamic studies to optimize our system, developed a scope for selecting the best material for a brake disc, while balancing ideal performance, introduced efficient telemetry for the system, reduced the subsystem weight by 16% in both cars, and increased our ability to have multiple setups tailored to various pilot performance levels. Additionally, we optimized ergonomics, improved system maintainability, ensured the system was ready for all dynamic and static tests, implemented poka-yokes for driver safety, and completed the documentation appropriately. Individual training for team members was also emphasized to facilitate future development of the project, alongside ongoing work on various other topics related to technology and innovation within the management.
