Duties: Service desk level 1 and 2 (via telephone, local and remote), resolution of critical cases and to tight deadlines, maintenance, support and administration of all park of IT from all sectors of the City Hall, participation in decision-making process by the Manager IT (troubleshooting, new projects and improvements in the sector), responsible for delegating tasks within the sector, responsible for the management of computer supplies (purchasing and distribution), administrative tasks of the sector, production of reports, letters and requests in general , content management web site, contact with ERP and telecom companies, telephone service via email and Skype;
