This includes diagnosing and resolving problems, as well as offering remote assistance to address complex technical issues.Training and Development of Technicians: I plan and conduct training sessions for technicians, covering new procedures, technologies, and best practices. The goal is to ensure the team is constantly updated and equipped to face daily challenges, fostering a continuous learning and professional development environment.Support for Lely Centers: I provide direct technical support to Lely Centers, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of systems and equipment. I work closely with these units to quickly identify and resolve any issues, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of their activities.My responsibilities require a high level of communication, organization, and technical skills, allowing me to significantly contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
