Increasing product sales in the hotel, restaurant and café segment;2. Increasing the number of clients in the segment;3. Contributing to the organisation of events to increase brand awareness and sales;4. Improving wine experiences and customer satisfaction;5. Increasing the level of customer involvement.

As part of the long term strategic plan of the Group, I was responsible, alongside with my marketing role, the head of sustainability of the company.In this company I was hable to: - Waste management alongside with the warehouse team; - Contact waste companies in order to create commercial relationships and make sure it's being recycled properly; - Implement environmental policies on the company; - E-commerce management.

As I moved from an intern to a full-time employee, I became more responsible for: - Managing and planning content on social media (writing marketing copy; assess digital performance); - Creating and managing ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; - Managing the company websites for implementation of better practises of SEO; - Email Marketing (campaign creation, analysis).

Grupo Inforphone is a company which take part Inforphone and Wavelan, located in Rio de Mouro, Sintra. The areas of expertise are telecommunications, audio & video product distribution and computer/electronics products.In this company I was able to: - Manage Social Media (content creation); - Branding Management (new logos, websites).
