Ensuring correct flow of approval of the managers responsible for the cost center;• Financial control of direct contracts with suppliers, through SAP reports and internal control spreadsheets, aiming to ensure correct use of resources and identifying the need for renewal of contracts;• Carry out the control, checking and delivery in the tax department of the company, all parts notes and services related to maintenance, identifying the PO' separa nt, ensuring that all material and services delivered to Aker are covered by a Purchase Order;• Register materials to be acquired by maintenance, in order to ensure the repositions of materials according to the need of the factory;• Create documents for the acquisition of active assets, through a specific form, ensuring the acquisition of assets within the company's standards;• Support maintenance technicians in closing preventive or corrective maintenance OS using SIM+.
