Finance Controller for the Services Division (Infrastructure and Technology Services) including Sales, Delivery and Controls process. Reporting to the CFO.

Brazil Finance Controller for a multinational company with more than 10k employees with operations across the main cities. Responsible for Statutory, Fiscal Ops, Accounts Payable, Intercompany operations and Business Controls.

Responsible for all Sales and Distribution areas, managing Revenue and Expenses for a 700 sellers unit. Working on the Strategy for Business Partners, Sales Coverage Matrix and Digital Sales business units in IBM.

Responsible for all Financials and Controls for a + 1Bi contract (total contract value) and 100M business unit cross brand unit. Current project is for an important Telco Company in Mexico and has an IBM workforce close to a 1.000 employees spread in different geographies. Reports to the Mexico CFO and lead a team of 8 employees with a senior skill. Cross functional report to 3 different business units both in Mexico and Latin America.

Leader of a 25 employees team. Responsible for all the HW and SW pricing strategy for IBM Brasil , working directly with the closure of main deals for the company for 2 years.
