Working directly with the L3 NOC SES team. Control of fixed 4G backhaul remote terminals and Gateways in the world connected to the O3b Networks MEO constellation in Ka-band.- Commissioning with RIE, NE and FE, site deactivations, BEAM changes, BW up/downgrade on the worldwide terminals like General Dynamics, Viasat T2, AvL and Orbit systems.- L3 support for the SES NOC, acting remotely in oncall shift with complex failures on O3b network sites. Direct Troubleshooting with Field Engineers and Field Technicians.- Familiarity with software and operational tools such as: ECM, Compass, SL1 (Em7), IPcontrol, MONICS, SCS and ServiceNOW- L1 troubleshooting acting directly on Linux CentOS7 servers, Switches, Routers and VM's (Dell, Juniper)- Familiarity with RF systems and electrical infrastructure equipment like : BUC's, Modems, LNB, Power Generators, UPS, tracking engines, ACU, AIU and ODU (Comtech, Viasat, General Dynamics, CPI, Norsat)- Working directly with Gateways Engineers to resolve issues- Follow up Maritime L3 team about Vessels and Cruise events for customer terminals- Participation in tests with the SES government solutions team for US Army and United Nations projects- Remote support access using BGAN Immarsat and SKALA Idirect connections
