Coordination of the project management team at the company's headquarters to ensure coordination between departments and activities on the construction sites.Responsibility for the process of monitoring and control of all the projects and issuing weekly reports. The reports were used for internal production meetings and for the construction management to report the progress of the project to the client.The project management department is responsible for preparing the financial schedule together with the commercial department and construction management, working with the factory director and the purchasing department to prepare a procurement plan and prepare an internal coordination map for project portfolio monitoring. This map is made by all the departments of the company, compiled by the project management team and submitted weekly to the board.

In addition I developed relationships and liaise regularly with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle to discuss progress, mitigate risks, negotiate terms and ensure deliverables and client expectations were achieved. I’ve also analysed construction project profitability and utilisation including implementing improved production methods which have resulted in a reduction in production time by 25%. I have been instrumental in delivering several key projects which included: New Port Project: Construction of a Control Tower and Mwani Building and Customers Management Building QAR 83m; Hamad Medical City: Simulation Centre development QAR 21m; Health Care Centres at Al Nuaim and Al Muntazah developments QAR 15.2m; North Gate Mall Glass Balustrades QAR 5m; Barzan Camp development of a Supreme Command Building, a Group Command building and a barracks building QAR 14.5m.

In this role I worked on a key project for KAFD Parcel 4.02 and 5.03 €22m. I oversaw project development processes including project scheduling, site and building design, planning approvals, organising development permits, site servicing drawings and budget preparation. I also coordinated and managed working drawings, contractual/sub-contractual document preparation, change orders, RFIs, RFTs and RFQs. I managed construction activities and scheduling in collaboration with project teams including overseeing labour activities, equipment plans, site security plans and project safety plans, and developed and managed relationships with the client and key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia and identified/appointed potential subcontractors and suppliers. In addition, I monitored and reported on project performance, schedules and matrix.

I've worked on a key project for the Porto IPO Hospital Radiotherapy Department Construction worth €750k. I managed the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion ensuring timeline and budgets are met, and led and coordinated the project team in line with client requirements. I oversaw project activities including project planning, construction activities, scheduling and site costs and provided advice in respect of value engineering and methodology, and prepared project plans, procedures, method statements, action lists and agendas. In addition, I worked in collaboration with internal departments including Design, Production, QA/QC, HSE and Installation to ensure project deliverables were achieved in line with specifications.

As Project Manager Assistant, I supported the delivery of the T2 Dublin Airport project worth EUR €45m. I supported the entire project lifecycle including monitoring progress, cost and quality of works; ensuring all assembly works run in line with project plans. I also monitored and reported on project works and site activities ensuring alignment with project plans, and coordinated works in collaboration with the Health and Safety teams and quality control processes. In addition, I identified and implemented improved working methods to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Draft all the conception and production drawings required for the project as well as get all the needed materials in to the factory and on site. I've been responsible to ensure that all the tasks run according to the planning and also deliver a week report to the site manager with all the important details.
