As the Human Resources Coordinator, I was responsible of leading a team of 12 members, assure that the association has a high-quality recruitment process and overview all of the projects that we as department develop, such as internal moments, volunteering activities and member’s happiness assessment.

I was part of the recruitment process with over 130+ applicants, from developing case studies, coordinating group dynamics and conducting interviews. Also responsible for an internal volunteering activity and conducting internal interviews to assess other member's happiness in the association.

Me and a partner developed a consultancy project for SCUBIC, a start-up that focuses on smart water management and energy efficiency. Our focus was on exploring potential new technologies, rebranding strategies and funding options. During the project we received trainings on business strategy, marketing and personal mentoring from McKinsey.

Developed an investigation project related to Venezuela's energy and economic issues."How can Venezuela use their natural resources to bring electricity to disadvantaged areas in a sustainable way?"

The objective of this internship was to promote the development of analytical and reporting skills in a challenging environment, but also allowed me to take an active role in modeling and improving processes in the fleet management area.The main activities were:- Develop and maintain relevant reports for fleet management using Excel and Power BI;- Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations and support decisions;- Propose and implement improvements in fleet management processes;- Actively collaborate with the team to optimize operations.
