Itatiba

• Activities: Product development from quotation phase until the validation product phase for plastic and metallic components to vehicle wire harness.
• Work with KS-Germany engineering department in order to generate the conceptions of Manly Power Box (MPD) for the Daimler project, coordinating the CAD development, according to the manufacture issues, reducing time.
• Applying the engineering tools like ECR, DFMEA, CC/SC list, CAD - 2D/3D, tolerance analysis, design / product validation plain and test bench.
• Responsible during the product/process validation, phases 3 and 4, supporting process area with PFMEA, control plan, packaging definition support, following PPAP from suppliers/customer, product validation, respecting.
• Responsible to develop the plastic parts segment inside product engineering KROSCHU - BR, increasing the amount of items to be supplied to customers within electrical wire harness.
• Support validation processes for plastic components targeting customers (VW, MB, MAN, CNH).

Jundiaí

• Activities: Product and process activities coordinator, with focus in stamped parts and robotic weld process (MAG, Study and Spot)
• Responsible for technical interface with customer, generating engineering change requirements (ECR) for design changes during all phases of project.
• Work with development centers abroad during quotation, concept definition, design validation, phases 0, 1 and 2, applying the engineering tools like DFMEA, CC/SC list, CAD - 2D/3D, tolerance analysis, PLM structure.
• Responsible during the product/process validation, phases 3 and 4, including measurement fixtures (GD&T gages), test fixture development, supporting PFMEA, product control plan, assembly line buyoff, packaging.
• Responsible for components localization like stamped and welded parts, applying new material technology for Cosma group, including raw material, checking fixtures and test improvements.
• Management of new assembly lines to increasing production capacity.

Itatiba

• Activities: Development and validation of automotive HVAC and Heat Exchanger, working as customer interface and product engineer for low cost products.
• Analysis of simulation and physical tests, in order to improve the product performance.
• Development of a kinematics concepts for HVAC air and wather management.
• HVAC system CAD design (2D/3D), using CATIA V4/ V5 and UniGrafics.
• Customer requirements evaluation, validation plan definition for virtual and physical testing.
• Launch prototype definition based in Silicon tool, SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) & SLA (Stereo Lithography).
