Context: Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible support vessels, during the period I was the supply chain responsible for the company in Brazil. I supported 2 UMS and worked on 3 projects, one mobilization, one demobilization and a 5-yearly SPS in Maua Shipyard.Duties: Contract management, procedure reviews and compliance, management of Brazilian Approved Vendor List and supervision of buyers, storekeepers and logistics coordinator. Reporting to: Country Manager and Senior Supply Chain Manager in Aberdeen. Achievements: Reduced 1/3 of the OPEX spending in the first year, and implemented new procedures of purchasing and material receiving.

Context: Odfjell Drilling is known to have an extensive contracting experience covering all aspects of operations and the manning of fixed and mobile installations, well services and platform engineering work. In 2013 they had a 3-year drilling contract with Petrobras and 3 contracts with Sete Brasil, at the time the biggest construction project in the country. Duties: Responsible for all procurement and expediting for drilling ship operation in the northeast of Brazil. Reporting to: Rig Manager and Vice-President of SCM in Norway. Achievements: Appointed as Member of the Executive Procurement Committee of the Sete Brasil Project, representing Odfjell-Galvão.

Context: Worked for a construction project of a six-generation semi-submersible drilling rig in Gulf Piping Company shipyard in Abu Dhabi, UAE. After constructed, the vessel was mobilized for Petrobras contract acceptance in Guanabara Bay. Duties: Control and inspection of all materials received in the Rig, as well as inventory control and preparation of all documentation for backloading. Reporting to: Chief Engineer Achievements: Organizing all the spares received during the project and uploading the information to the maintenance system in a newly received drilling vessel.

Duties: Negotiation with suppliers, procurement of all spare parts and consumables for the rig prior to operations. Reporting to: Project Buyer Achievements: Creation of a Procurement plan that monitored the budget and informed the status of each requisition to the project team and vessel manager.
