Integrations:* Responsible for the product Integrations within the vertical of groceries and e-commerce, areathrough which partners ingest their inventories keeping the products updated in the application.* Maintenance of the stability of the integration's engine, promoting improvements in informationprocessing, seeking to optimize time to update and new discount mechanics.Troubleshooting:* Responsible for the product Troubleshooting in which we use different microservices to monitorthe whole shop pipeline stability. The tool provides visibility and automatic fixes in case wehave inconsistencies, decreasing incident resolution time and shortening the workforce needed tosupport our operations.

Main Activities:* Analysis of KPI’s and metrics surveys within the search and navigation squad. * Tracking the route the user takes from entering the homepage to selecting and purchasing products,understanding what drives a buyer to choose a product and how they use the application andfilter their selection

Main Activities:* Responsible for the team that technically supports every new retailer that wants to sell in the app, andneeds to integrate their inventory in an automatic process, through API requests. * Reference to explain the process and how they would connect to us, using the services requests that the product team provides.* In charge of the analytics team, from creating databases to developing reports and dashboards

Main Activities:* Structuring the team of TAMs that did not yet exist.* Attendance to technical meetings to onboard new partners and integrate with our inventory engine (special challenge due the pandemic since most of the retailers in LATAM were not ready to ecommerce).* Creation of technical documentation.* Support as BI analyst.

Main Activities:Analysis on the flow of customers that accessed the client’s IVR to definethe main drive for the call, giving the squad the insights to define a new solution to prevent another contact or improving the customer experience by streamlining the resolution process on a new call.

Main Activities: * Application and monitoring of data analysis tool (PowerBI). Support to the financial, personnel,communication and information systems departments.* Elaboration of management reports, cash flow analysis and balance control, revenue forecasting,bank reconciliation, default rate calculation, discount analysis and meritocracy validation;* Monitoring payroll and employee turnover; CRM analysis, dropout and enrollment rate,evolution of the School Census; Analysis of student performance.

Main Activities:Elaboration of the subscription and risk inspection model of new products in the Machinery andEquipment category. This model would define if the company should accept or not the insuranceof a product considering a few characteristics, like region, conservation state, manufacturer.
