• Create original, innovative, and market-relevant T-shirt designs that reflect current trends and resonate with target audiences.• Develop both custom and mass-production T-shirt designs for different collections, campaigns, or events.• Work closely with clients to understand their specific design needs and other personalized elements and ensure that custom designs meet both client expectations and production capabilities.• Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize the final design before mass production.• Support e-commerce efforts with digital assets that showcase T-shirt designs in an appealing way for online sales.

• Assist in creating visual materials that effectively communicate the services, events, and opportunities offered by the Career Development Centre to students and alumni.• Design flyers, posters, social media graphics, and promotional videos to promote career workshops, job fairs, seminars, and other career-related events.• Assist in creating infographics, illustrations, and other visual content that explain complex career topics such as CV writing, interview tips, and career planning.
