Vitthal has over twenty-five years of experience in design, development and implementation of IT platforms. He is currently CTO for Profectus Capital; NBFC promoted by UK based private equity firm Actis. Vitthal is responsible for putting digital strategy and building complete technology platform. Prior to this he led technology for lending businesses (Non-Bank Finance Companies) of Aditya Birla Group (Aditya Birla Finance, Aditya Birla Housing Finance and Aditya Birla Infrastructure Finance). In this role he put technology strategy for rapidly growing businesses to make them digital and competitive.He joined Aditya Birla Capital in 2009 to head the IT Applications. He charted the road map and implemented solutions in the areas of CRM, data warehouse, business intelligence, customer analytics, risk monitoring, customer and employee facing portals and Mobility solutions for all the businesses of Aditya Birla Capital. Prior to Aditya Birla Capital he held technology architecture and delivery leadership roles at Wipro Technologies and MphasiS (then an HP company).Vitthal worked for technology companies in Silicon Valley during 1994 to 2002.
