Here I worked with the marketing department o create content for the @BeALonghorn Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts--UT Austin's official admissions social media handle. I took pictures and created original content for daily posts, which led to and increased weekly total reach on Facebook by 60.7%. In addition, I became proficient in Hootsuite during this time, as we used this platform to manage social media platforms and schedule posts.

My main focus here was customer service and ensuring safety. My key responsibilities included monitoring gym activity to ensure all patrons were safe and using gym equipment properly, checking-in members, distributing equipment, assisting with court reservation, and addressing questions or concerns regarding the facility and programs offered.
