- Design, implement and improve company quality standards.- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.- Coordinate and manage 3rd Party Audits ( UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 - Solar Keymark - ICC-SRCC OG-100)- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.- Training, involving, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.- Formulate strategies to increase productivity and create reports to track progress. - Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action - Developing and lead the supplier audit program- Drive continuous Improvement and ensure oversight of Quality Management in all areas of the organization.

- Working under the CTO's supervision to review for adequacy innovative materials/components to be used in newly designed UHV thermal solar panels.- Working in a multidisciplinary team to realize the first prototypes of UHV thermal solar panels and, subsequently, their pilot production and the manufacturing start-up.- Experiencing firsthand data collection, performance analysis and accelerate aging tests of UHV solar thermal panels- Assembling and implementing R&D equipment, experimental materials and consumables for testing.- Technical manager of stand-alone systems (i.e. Test Bench) for outdoor performance measurements of UHV thermal solar panels. Perform installations at the customer premises (e.g. in Morocco, Kuwait, UAE, India, etc.), remotely supervise, analyze data and provide after-sales technician support to ensure a complete customer satisfaction.
