In the Enel x Digital Hub, I'm responsible of top quality projects realization starting from the idea to the touchpoint release following all the phases and aspects of the realization.Projets types involve portals, e-commerce, native/hibrid/progressive mobile apps designed to be delivered globally.What do I do:- I coordinate multydisciplinary international development teams negotiating solutions to produce the best value for the end users; teams are composed by developers (FE and BE), designers, business experts.- I oversee the scope definition for MVP and evolutions helping in producing project documentation.- I plan, organize and coordinate the various phases of the solutions development, test and release focusing on priorities and on objectives.- I work to achieve projects success with a focus on time and cost fitting.

- I’m currently the head of the team in charge of the delivery and customization of the Game Account Management Systems and CRM for the Italian market for www.lottomatica.it and www.totosi.it brands, including campaign management systems (communication, fidelity, gamification and bonusing).- In my activity I have a constant collaboration with Business Units to design new products and services. I’m core part in the decision making process for the user experience and user journey definition. Results +20% YOY on wagers, +55% YOY over web channel.I’ve been managing projects, leading international teams (from USA, Ukraine, India, Serbia and Italy) to create and deliver mobile/tablet casino games using agile methodologies. Results +30% YOY with daily wagers in constant growth.I’ve managed delivery activities in collaboration with Tech Ops and proposing architectural and technical solution to certify and deliver games to international markets for several customers (IBN/Betfred/Bet365/Lottomatica/Totos ́ı). Miowelfare is a startup aiming to make easier for the end user to understand the Italian welfare state.I've been in charge of the design of the first version of the portal with a particular focus to SEO, the objective was to provide redactional team a fast way to publish articles and posts and give the user a fast way to reach targeted information in an easy way using a wizard style tool.I've even helped in designing part of the b2b strategy and some additional services.
