Simultaneously, I initiated a cost-reduction project targeting the company's IT expenses related to over 1000 printers, 730 scanners, and the refurbishment of several LANs.As part of this optimization project, I consolidated approximately 12 physical systems into a Proxmox cluster in a new location hosted by our new telecommunications provider in Pisa.Beyond infrastructure, I also tackled aspects more closely related to the business side. I developed the technological and organizational components of a Training program that annually selects around 1500 candidates and initiates about 60 courses with 25 students each. For this initiative, I executed marketing campaigns to attract new candidates for potential employment post-training, gaining proficiency in mass-mailing techniques and Facebook advertising.I also created a bilingual intranet portal for managing online services, such as the ISSEU for international students. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I swiftly adapted to the changing circumstances. Within a span of two weeks, I transitioned classroom training into distance learning for approximately 600 students and 40 teachers, ensuring continuity in education during a challenging time.
