Lead Cabin Attendant
CurrentResponsible for overseeing the cabin attendant team and ensuring that the inflight service runs smoothly along with company Chief Pilot. One of the key responsibilities and skills required for this role are: - Lead and manage the cabin crew team, ensuring that all members perform their duties effectively. - Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to our customers. - Oversee and enforce all safety protocols and procedures onboard.- Provide guidance and training to junior flight attendants. - Act as a mentor to newer members of the crew, helping them develop their skills.- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively. - Excellent communication skills for coordinating with crew members, the flight deck, and passengers.- Ability to handle unexpected situations and make decisions quickly.- High level of customer service skills to ensure a positive passenger experience.
