Use Lapa is a brand run by teenage girls that practice slow fashion and offers versatile, fashionable clothes with a good cost value. Our mission as a brand is to fight gender inequality by supporting female entrepreneurship. To achieve this we donate all of our profit to the NGO Asplande, which offers free management classes and financial aid to help women who live in favelas create and run enterprises. My personal goal in founding and managing Use Lapa is to have experience in entrepreneurship and business management, as that is something I am passionate about and driven towards. It helped me learn important new business skills, develop teamwork and problem-solving techniques, and contribute to fighting such a large and important issue in our community and the world.

C6 Bank is one of the biggest digital banks in the world, with 20+ million clients, and is a subsidiary of JP Morgan. During the internship, I attended meetings, participated in discussions, and brainstormed new strategies, products, and ideas in four different fields: Talent Acquisition, Marketplace, Social Responsibility, and Digital Marketing.
